「自己を解放せよ」自分は自由ではないとカゴの中に留まっているのは、自分自身であって、他の何物（者）のせいでもない。自分にいろんな理由をつけて、自らが自由を奪っているのです。ただただ、自分を思いっきり解放すれば、自ずと全てから自由になる。
